Darryl Wilson passed away peacefully at Portsmouth Regional Hospital at age 66 on  Tuesday  July 14, 2026  surrounded by his late fiancé Diane Avelis’ family.  He was born on  October 13, 1959  in Ludlow, MA to his parents Richard and Jean Wilson.  Darryl is predeceased by his parents, his brother Guy Wilson and his longtime love of his life Diane Avelis.

     He spent his career of over 20 years as a pest technician at Terminex up until  he retired a few years ago.  Growing up he liked to go hunting and fishing with his brother and friends.  He also enjoyed playing pool.

     Darryl is survived b y his son Kasey Wilson, his sister Darlene Wilson, sisters-in-law Robin Burns and her husband Jesse, Karen Asaro and her husband Pete, step-son Charlie Michaud and his wife Kalee, step-daughter Devin Hurley and her husband Justin, step-son Timothy Richard and many grandchildren.

     Darryl will be deeply missed by all who knew him.  There will be a graveside burial service on Saturday August 29, 2026  at  10:00 A.M. at New Highland Cemetery  29 Town Farm Road in Ipswich where he will be buried next to his longtime love Diane Avelis.
