Gordon E. Como, Jr.

Gordon E. Como, Jr., 87, a lifelong resident of Ipswich, loving father to son Brion, and steadfast spouse of Constance Como, died August 21, 2021. 

   He was an avid outdoorsman and defender of the environment, both as a retired Environmental Police Officer and as someone who cared about the natural world.  He loved lobstering with his son, watching a ballgame, or just spending a quiet day reading a book with his beloved wife Connie.  Gordon will be remembered by his family and friends as someone who was always there if you needed a helping hand. 

     Gordon was predeceased by his cherished wife Constance, son Brion, brother Robert, and sister Margaret Cline.  He is survived by his brothers William, Ronald, Allen; sisters Clara Hovey (husband Jere) and Mary Ann Presutti (husband Archilles); and many nieces, nephews, and friends.  He will be greatly missed.
