Jeffrey Pickul Obituary

Jeffrey Michael Pickul of Ipswich, Massachusetts and Hudson, New Hampshire passed away peacefully on the morning of November 2nd, with his husband and faithful dog Kona by his side. A native of Ipswich, MA, Jeff was the son of the late Stephen Pickul and Teresa (Crosti) Pickul.

Jeff was a graduate of Ipswich High School and the University of Maine at Orono.  He spent his career as a financial printer living and working in Boston, Baltimore, Raleigh, and Washington, D.C. before moving his job and life back home to Massachusetts.

In his spare time, Jeff was an avid traveler. He loved his annual trips to Hawaii and cruises to Mexico, Central, and South America, and he was able to visit most of the islands in the Caribbean. He and Paul also loved traveling in their motor home up and down the East Coast.  When back in Ipswich, Jeff would often walk on Crane’s Beach or ride his bike through Bradley Palmer State Park and Appleton Farms or along Waldingfield Road, and he loved gardening at his home and spending time with his siblings.

Jeff is survived by his loving husband and partner of 22 years, Paul Beach, his brother Joseph Pickul and his wife Jill Mundy, Joanne Harder and her husband Paul, Patricia Dupray and her husband Donald, and his sisters-in-law Mary Ellen St. George and Kimberly Pickul. Jeff was a loving uncle to his adoring nieces and nephews Dr. Adam and Bryn Harder, Sarah St. George, Brittany Steele, Christopher, Caitlin, and Drew Pickul, Donald and Westley Dupray, and Shawn Beach. Jeff also leaves many grandnieces and grandnephews who adored him. Jeff was predeceased by his brothers Stephen Pickul, Jr. and Dr. David Pickul, his sister-in-law Mandy Beach, and his nephew Timothy Pickul.
