Born in Ipswich on September 29, 1957 Lou Anne was the daughter of Frances (Leet) and Charles L. Moon. Lou Anne received her accounting degree in Boston before settling in Ipswich with Will to start her own accounting firm and raise her family.
Lou Anne was active in the Ipswich Public Schools as her daughters grew up and volunteered with local organizations such as: Ipswich Caring, Council on Aging and the Girl Scout Council, among others.
While her business was true passion, she also enjoyed spending time: knitting, sewing, reading non-fiction, organizing and hosting family gatherings.
She was a supportive mother, friend, sibling, wife, aunt and great aunt.
Lou Anne is survived by her 3 daughters: Cassandra of Waltham, Natalie of Arcade, NY and Kelly of Lawrence, her father Charles L. Moon of Ipswich, her sister Karen of Rowley, her twin brother Larry of Ipswich, her mother-in-law Letitia Day Bilodeau and many cousins, nieces, nephews and her grand dog Dude. Lou Anne was predeceased by, in addition to her husband Will, her sister Terry, her biological mother Frances, her father-in-law Willard, Sr. and her step mother Kathryn Blaquiere.
Visiting hours will be Thursday August 22nd. from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the Morris Funeral Home 45 North Main Street, Ipswich, relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Burial will be private.
