Marcia (Carey) Greenough, 75, died Friday morning April 29, 2022 after a brief illness. She was the wife fo the late James Greenough, Sr..
She was employed at Bostik in Middleton for 35 years. In her early years Marcia enjoyed bowling and was three-time Ipswich town champion. Later in life Marcia enjoyed playing Bingo with her sons and spending time with her grandchildren. She was very involved with the former St. Joseph, now Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, in Ipswich. She was predeceased by her husband James on October 3, 2013.
Marcia is survived by her sons: Brian Greenough, James Greenough and his wife Priscilla, her grandchildren: Connor and Jacob Greenough, her sister Jane Howard as well as many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceasd by her 3 sisters: Sheila Baldinelli, Carol McCarthy and Madeline Abbott.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday May 6th. at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church 54 Linebrook Road, Ipswich. Burial will follow in the Cowles Memorial Cemetery 29 Town Farm Road, Ipswich. Visiting hours will be Thursday May 5th. from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the Morris Funeral Home 45 North Main Street, Ipswich, relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
