William Brown Obituary

William “Bill” Brown, 61, passed away on Saturday  May 13, 2023  from a heart related condition with his wife Heather by his side.

     He graduated from Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School in 1980.  For a time he resided in Salem but moved to Ipswich in 2004 and remained there until his death.

     Bill was a long-time member of the Masons organization.  He was a supporter of all Boston sports teams.  Being a natural athlete himself and quite competitive by nature he played in many different sports leagues such as:  horseshoes, softball, golf, pool, bowling, and darts.  He was an avid NASCAR fan, he enjoyed watching races with his wife.  Bill loved gardening, working outside and volunteering  his many talents helping others.  He also loved traveling to the Caribbean (Sandals Resorts) yearly and had a special place in his heart for Old Orchard Beach, Maine.

     Bill was predeceased by his father Richard “Dick” Brown and his mother Maria Brown.  He was very proud of his German heritage from his mother’s side.

     Bill is survived by his wife Heather, his sister Heidi Hill, his brother Peter Brown, his nieces Heather Meader and Ashley Hill, his nephew Kolten Brown and a grandniece Charleigh Rose Meader.
